Monday night bike ride

Short ride, as I had to do a podcast (http://www.thegeeklife.tv/ , check it out and let me know what y'all think).

so basic 10 min warm up. Some basic intervals (30 sec. of increasing tension, 30 rest. 5 reps, 5 min break, 2 more reps) then 10 min cool down... give our take.
