Spin class on Sat. morning

Showed up before 7:00 AM. Got on the spin bike by 7:00 ish. First hour and a half (or a tad more) was at our own pace (no class, just show up, ride and watch the TdF where Lance gets his fifth win.)

Then short break and 2 hour class with instructors.

Uff and Daa.

Thighs are sore... mostly did my own thing as the instructors did things that either a) don't pertain to outdoor riding or b) are actually bad for you.

No heart data as my hr monitor picked up Bjorn's data and not mine.
Generally ran a 120 to 140 range with some minor spikes.

Overall a good experience mostly kept my reistance equal to road or better, but did start cramping near the end. Most likely an issue with bike fit, my fitness, etc.
